I'm Michelle Bauer, mother of 4, including Junior French Horn player Matthew, and I am excited to be the CHS Band Chaplain this year.

My family, church, leadership and service experiences during our 8 years in Coppell have molded me into a rather spiritual gal.  You can see why I'm anxious to tackle this position head on.  You will spot me monthly at the Band Booster meetings, opening with a devotional or spirit raiser.  For those of you unable to attend a meeting, check back to this page frequently for my updated devotional.

As our kiddos get geared up for 3 weeks of intense Band Camp, please keep in mind the effort and dedication it takes for them to put 110% into their instrument and marching for 7.5+ hours each day.  Help them keep hydrated, remind them to get plenty of rest, try not to complain when you have to take them to practice-AGAIN!

Just think of how proud you will be as they perform their first show the end of August.
