CHS Concession Pregame Instructions

• Arrive at 6:00pm for varsity games; 5:00pm for JV games.
• Wear your band shirt and cap (if you have one) and a smile.
• Wear comfortable, non-slip shoes.
• It will be hot, so if you are comfortable in shorts, wear them.
• Do not pay admission. Tell the gate you are a concession worker.
• Please report to the concession stand you have been assigned to.
• Report to the crew chief. There will be a name badge for you.
• Please wash your hands in the concession stand before working.
• Wear gloves when preparing food.
• If you handle money, do not handle food (or visa versa).
• No children or pets in the serving area.
• Check out the Coppell Health Board Page.
• The concession stand is alredy setup when you arrive.
• Help with cleanup before you leave.
• As a concession volunteer, you may eat for free, but not in public view of the concession stand window. Please slip to the back or side area.
• Treat the customers with kindness.
• Have fun and meet new friends!

Concession stand “A” is on the home side farthest from the front gate.

Concession stand “B” is on the home side closest to the front gate.

Concession stand ‘V’ is on the visitor (east) side of the stadium
