CHS Band Boosters Fundraising

Fundraising has become more important than ever to the success of the Coppell High School Band. State funds simply do not cover the needs of the band. For the band and the individual students to continue to perform at the high level we desire, we must raise funds to subsidize the band. Every dollar we raise through our fundraising efforts is one less dollar that we, as parents, have to provide so that our students receive the best musical instruction possible. We can not take fundraising lightly. The future of the music program at Coppell High School depends on it.

Coppell Gazette Fundraiser
Click here to view and print a new or renweal subscription form to the Coppell Gazette. A new 12 month subscription gets $6 donated to the band. A 12 month renewal will get $3 donated to the band. Note: this is a PDF document.

Citizens' Advocate Pays CHS Band
Catch all the news about the CHS Band and the Coppell community in the Citizens’ Advocate every week.  The Advocate is teaming up with the Band Boosters for a subscription promotion.  The CHS Band Booster Organization receives $5 for each new subscription and $2.50 for renewals.

Simply fill out this form, attach your $20 payment and mail it directly to the paper ASAP.  You’ll begin receiving your weekly newspapers soon!  Thank you for your support!

Krispy Kreme Donuts Are Back
Krispy Kreme Donuts will be an ongoing fundraiser.  Students take orders from friends and neighbors and deliver fresh donuts to them one Saturday morning each month. Click here for the order form or pick one up in the band hall. Watch for fundraising handouts at the September Band Booster meeting on Tuesday September 12th at 7pm.

Orders are due the wednesday before the 3rd Sat of each month, beginning in Sept.16th,
Oct. 21, / Nov.18th,/  Dec.16th,/  Jan.20th, / Feb. 17th, / March 10th (2nd SAT.) and April 21st. See Laura McAnally email her at: geomc2@msn.com

Cell Phone Collection
Cell Phones will be collected each month at the booster meetings. The money goes into your childs account. So save those old and broken phones and put money towards your childs Spring trip!

HOW TO LINK YOUR ALBERTSONS PREFERRED CARD TO THE COPPELL HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS:

• click on Albertsons Community Partners
• Click login or register with your Preferred Savings Card first
• if requested, enter zip code and click on arrow, then close this window and repeat steps 2 & 3. 
• sign in using the # under the barcode on your Albertson’s Card and your phone number 
• click on Find a Partner 
• enter Coppell High School Band Boosters, Coppell, Texas
• and then click on Find Partners
• check the box by the band boosters name and click on Add Selected Partners
