The Air and Ground package includes all the above plus airfare to/from DFW and NYC area airports and airport transfers via deluxe motorcoach to/from the hotel. The time of the flights will be assigned at a later date.
Substitutions for any part of these packages are not possible. However, you may:
1 - depart earlier or return later by filling out this form for the flight changes.
2 - extend hotel stay - however you must contact the hotel directly AFTER the group has confirmed the room reservations |

| General Info |
You may pull your student out to go see a show or shop or whatever you may want. It will require you to file notification with CISD and the band chaperones by March 1st. We will have that form, soon.
You may have your student return later or depart earlier, also, but the aforementioned form is required and flight change fees will be applied.
You may get a partial refund on money spent according to a schedule that will be published once our travel agreement is signed.
